Who We Are
Central Florida Vacation Rentals Professionals (CFVRP), is a newly formed group committed to the balance of prioritizing health and safety, education and implementation in these unprecedented times and planning for recovery for our industry and respective communities.
We are dedicated to the education of the benefits associated with professionally managed vacation rentals, and to the unity of the vacation rental industry in Central Florida.
We are working with the expert resource and awareness of the Vacation Rentals Managers Association (VRMA), Est. 1985, this association has made a commitment to uphold the organization’s code of ethics and business practices to assist with guests to be provided quality, safe lodging experience.

Central Florida is synonymous with fun and vacation. With numerous tourist attractions, all within minutes from each other. From Disney Parks, to Magic Kingdom, to Universal Studios and SeaWorld just to name a few, this area is great for families and “kids” of all ages. The area also attracts vacationers to the beautiful lakes of Kissimmee and Winter Haven. Central Florida is ideal for Vacation Rentals – an alternative to staying in a hotel or one of the larger resorts. Rentals of all types and budgets have been on the rise in this area in the last decade.
Central Florida Vacation Rental Alliance (CFVRA) is regional organization formed to meet the growing needs of vacation rental managers, operators, and supporters and affiliated organizations in this area of central Florida. The organization represents the collective voice and interests of this group on regulatory and other issues vital to the industry. CFVRA performs education, information and advocacy on behalf of members.
